The below are some of the common questions we thought you might ask but do reach out via hello@suro.cc if you do not manage to find your answer below.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    • Yes we do!
  • Are Tax and Duties included?
    • Tax and Duties depends on the import customs of your country. If you are based in Singapore then fret not, it is all included!
  • How long does it takes to receive my order?
    • Usually less than two working days for customers based in Singapore and less than fourteen working days for customers based out of Singapore.
  • How can I track my order or where is my order?
    • The tracking will be provided to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can click onto the tracking sent in an email to you and the status of your order should be reflected.
  • Can I pay in my own currency?
    • Our primary currency is Singapore Dollars (SGD) which you can pay in your own currency as well.
  • Can I return my order?
    • Returns are based on per case basis. Please reach out to us over at hello@suro.cc
  • Can I exchange my order?
    • We allow an exchange of order within 7 days upon delivery receipt of your order. Item must be in unused and as brand new condition as per how you received it.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    • We are an online store at the moment due to the financial restraints of two poor souls here in Singapore but will work towards a physical store which very much depends on your support!
  • Are there warranty on the products you sell?
    • Warranty varies across the manufacturer but as long as they are manufacturing defects, we will cover them. Do reach out to us over at hello@suro.cc should you have any concern on that.
